Nature Advent String

Starting on the 4th Sunday before Christmas open a parcel each day to find 1 of the 28 small handcrafted or nature gift representing the 4 kingdoms of Earth and the 4 elements of nature. Week 1 - Mineral Kingdom - Earth Element Week 2 - Plant Kingdom - Water Element Week 3 - Animal Kingdom - Air Element Week 4 - Human Kingdom - Fire Element Every Sunday a candle (handmade from Nimbin) and a short verse is revealed to introduce the next kingdom. Day by day each item can be placed on a dedicated nature table or set up as a centre piece or display. A cotton cloth is included to build the display upon. Once all parcels are opened you will have a wonderful festive arrangement. For a more religious approach this can also be assembled to create a nativity scene. Ideas to create either are included, as are additional activities that can be explored relevant to Advent.
